NYC Apartment

~ Full Renovation

The NYC Apartment project started as a studio and was renovated for a couple who needed an escape for the suburbs of NJ.  The closed-in and dated 500 square foot studio was transformed into a one bedroom by adding a wall to divide out the living space, and the dated 95 square foot kitchen was expanded to be a full gourmet style space, great for entertaining, and giving the feel of a home away from home. The bathroom had a 4ft tub removed to create a spa-like full shower, to give the feel of more space.  It’s a great getaway lifestyle to enjoy the nightlife of NYC.
